Kosovo - bargaining chips are down

The continuing discovery of mass graves in Kosovo is increasing tensions as final status talks approach. Both sides accuse the other of using the dead and missing as tools in the negotiations. One Serb politician has suggested that the sooner such crimes are 'individualised' the sooner the two communities can stop collectively blaming each other.
