Tajikistan - 'un'steady as she goes

Poverty and corruption are abiding concerns for the people of Tajikistan, Central Asia's poorest state. Now some suggest it's ally, Russia, is prompting it's government to be less authoritarian - perhaps for fear of another 'colour' revolution.
