Spain - early warnings

The legalisation scheme Spain has adopted for immigrant workers is not the first in the EU but it will have the biggest impact. Not all member states are happy about that. Italy and Belgium have tried similar small-scale schemes in the past but this latest policy will effect hundreds of thousands of workers who can then work anywhere in the EU.
