Japan - foreigners rights

A UN expert on racism and discrimination has been invited to Japan to rate it's treatment of foreigners and minorities. His first public statements seem to pull no punches. Doudou Dienne has been quoted as saying "As a world power in an era of globalization, Japan has to expand to the outside world. But its society is still closed, spiritually and intellectually centered,".
