US - melting borders

In the impoverished border towns of Southern California it's the spending power of the Mexican neighbours that's keeping the economy afloat. As cross-border trade increases employers are looking to expand - but that may not dent local unemployment as more highly skilled Mexican employees are available, happy to build cross-border lives.
